Hey, I’m Steven and we’re from Boston. My cousin Van and I started making music together with no real music knowledge—just messing around with stock plugins and whatever equipment we had. Our album Attic was made in my room, which is literally an attic, so that’s where the name came from. We’re inspired by artists like Alex G, Mac DeMarco, The Strokes, and a lot of 80s–90s rock.
